What are your operating hours across branches?
Our Dila Main Branch is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Laboratory collections (such as blood chemistry and specimen testing) are ideally conducted during morning hours. Our Santo Tomas, Batangas branch is soon to rise and will launch operations shortly. -
What clinical services are available at your center?
We offer comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological consultations, expert pre-natal maternity checkups, clinical laboratory diagnostics (urinalysis, complete blood count, blood chemistry panels), pediatric wellness checkups, and high-definition pregnancy ultrasound imaging (obstetrical, pelvic, and 3D/4D baby scans). -
Do you accept PhilHealth and health insurance (HMOs)?
Yes. Our prenatal and birthing packages are fully PhilHealth-accredited, allowing you to deduct eligible benefits directly from your maternity bill. We also process diagnostic laboratory orders from major health insurance (HMO) providers; please present your doctor's referral slip, HMO card, and a valid ID at the reception. -
How do I schedule an appointment online?
You can book your clinical visit through our online intake scheduler by clicking "Book Appointment" at the top of the page. Select your location, pick an available date and time, fill in your details, and submit. You will immediately receive a secure SMS and email confirming your appointment slot. -
How long does it take to receive my laboratory or ultrasound reports?
Routine diagnostic laboratory tests (such as lipid profiles, urinalysis, and blood counts) are completed within 4 to 6 hours. Ultrasound findings and thermal prints are provided immediately following your scan. All digital laboratory reports are delivered securely to your phone as a PDF link via SMS.
